You play as the same character from MANIC Episode 1. After the ending of Episode 1, you awaken in a distorted, unknown world, a nightmare realm shaped from your memories, violence, and something darker. This place isn’t real. It’s the Unknown World — a merging of your mind and Quake’s chaos. Your skin is gray like the dead, your blood burns like madness, and your only goal remains the same: Find Him. Kill Everything.
