Crystal Clear

Crystal Clear is an open world Pokémon Crystal ROM hack. The game's gimmick is that Pokémon Crystal has been transformed into a open world game with a scaling gimmick, with various paths being open to allow traversal between both regions without story barriers or TM requirements. Players are able to choose between 30 different starters, ranging from the first two starter trios plus Pikachu, baby Pokémon, and challenge starters like Unown or Smeargle. They are also able to choose between different trainer designs and choose their initial starting town. Gym Battles are scaled based on previous badges, meaning that Gyms always match the Player's overall Progress no matter the order. Pick your starter, your region, customize your character, and then do whatever you want. You can collect all 16 badges, challenge the new E4, catch all 251, rechallenge a gym, visit new places... There's a lot of things to do.
